As an Engineering Recruiter on our team, you’ll anchor multiple reqs for our stellar Engineering teams, telling the Big Health story and selling our brand while ensuring our candidates have a best-in-class experience. What you'll do:

    • Partner with cross-functional hiring managers to understand what a job requires and create job descriptions, calibrate searches, and hire amazing people for a high volume of open reqs
    • Actively seek out and engage with candidates for current and future roles at Big Health
    • Build a solid and diverse candidate pipeline to support our equity & inclusion priorities
    • Guide our candidates through every step of the Big Health interview and hiring process, ensuring we are their first-choice opportunity
    • Help build and shape the Big Health employer brand and overall best practices for hiring at Big Health

What you bring:

    • Core Recruiting Skillset - you have 4+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting either in-house or at an agency; you’ve built solid & diverse candidate pipelines through dynamic sourcing strategies and have a successful track record of recruiting for roles across Engineering teams 
    • Relationship Management - you have experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers at the senior and executive levels, and you’re able to influence stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring process while delivering a top-notch experience 
    • Strategic & Data-Driven - you’re no stranger to using your business acumen and pipeline data to set expectations with hiring teams, inform and influence decisions, and take ownership of your book of business
    • Execution Excellence - you demonstrate a strong attention to detail, and when you do something, you do it the right way; you care about the means as much as the end and your team can always rely on you to be organized and thorough
    • Fluid & Flexible - you see the big picture and you can shift priorities on a dime to help the company adapt to changing needs; you learn new skills quickly and you don’t take yourself too seriously
