Director Of Hr Operations
We're hiring an HR Operations Director to build and own the operational machine that will help scale our team from 150 to 300 in 2022. You will tackle the strategic and tactical challenges of leading HR digital transformation, people advocacy and culture building, and designing a compelling total rewards model. This role reports to the VP Operations.
Big Health is a remote-first company - we are headquartered in San Francisco and have a distributed team across ~20 US states and the UK. This role can be based anywhere in the US. Join us!
Outcomes
- Design and iterate on Big Health's systems and processes to be more automated/scalable, equitable and data-driven, while reducing friction and administrative busywork across all functions and levels.
- Ensure global compliance through regular monitoring and research of HR trends and regulations across the US and UK.
- Build a total rewards model for Big Health that both attracts and motivates industry-leading talent, and ensures equitable and inclusive compensation and benefits for all employees.
- Transform and accelerate Big Health's onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience, facilitate cross-functional understanding, and enable new employees to add value to their teams faster.
- Build and manage a team of full-time and contingent HR staff to support the growth and administration of Big Health's operational systems and programs
Core Strengths
- 8+ years of strategic and/or generalist HR experience, with particular expertise in HR systems, policy & procedure, and compliance best practices.
- Process Oriented: Exceptional ability to design and implement new processes and policies that deliver measurable outcomes
- A Strong Executor: Demonstrated ability to break down large, complex projects into bite-sized pieces and create meticulous project plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Compassionate: Builds empathetic and compassionate relationships to allow for effective problem solving that puts people first.
- Digital Literacy: Fluency with People Analytics and a track record of using data to inform strategic decisions; demonstrated success modernizing the HR function using the latest and greatest technologies, tools and trainings
