We are seeking an experienced individual in learning and development to play a significant role in our continued growth and success. This position will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of core human resource training programs across all company locations.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs in line with individual and organizational needs.
  • Review, evaluate, and improve learning courses and curriculum on a regular basis.
  • Design and deliver both virtual and in-person courses, workshops, and other trainings.
  • Implement creative learning methods and programs companywide (E.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Track training performance and support any identified retraining opportunities.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions and programs.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to the Diversity and Inclusion Council.
  • Develop and oversee mentor program.
  • Other programs and opportunities as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively build trust, communicate and connect with all employees at all levels of the company.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, while exhibiting sound and accurate judgment.
  • Excellent client management, business literacy, prioritization, and consulting skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
  • Ability to travel to lead training sessions throughout our distribution network.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proven experience in the development and execution of training programs.
  • Prior human resource generalist experience preferred.
