ReUp Education is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing, collaborative Sales team. Reporting to the SVP of Marketplace, the Sales Operations Coordinator will work with a variety of teams to provide internal customer support, maintain accurate sales information, dig into relevant market research, and provide reporting and analytics for a variety of business development needs.

You’ll get to work across departments, such as our marketing and data teams, to push important growth-related projects forward. Working on a variety of initiatives, you’ll build skills in research, analysis, deck/report building, and general process optimization. What You'll Do

  • Work with sales, marketing, and data teams to develop assets, processes, and tools that support business development activities
  • Create and manage deliverables to aid in the success of the sales cycle including pitch decks, case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and other forms of custom work
  • Conduct and report on market research
  • Maintain sales reporting and dashboards utilizing Salesforce, Tableau and other data sources
  • Ensure sales collateral and our Salesforce database are kept up-to-date
  • Provide operational support and internal customer service for the sales team, acting as a subject matter expert of our Salesforce database
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to help sales team improve their sales efforts
  • Identify, lead, and participate in special projects that improve existing business processes
  • Provide audit support and work with finance to ensure accurate sales and financial records

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years experience in business, sales, operations, and/or analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong skills in Powerpoint/Slides, proficiency in the full Google Suite or MS Office, and experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred). The ability to quickly learn new tools is highly appreciated
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • An analytical mindset with strong critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
  • High level of comfort working within ambiguity
  • Ability to work successfully across teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
  • Interest in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed
  • Higher ed, ed tech, and/or startup experience a big plus

Location

ReUp is a remote organization with a geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.
