About the role:

As the first Enterprise Sales Manager of Cameo for Business, you will lead the Enterprise Account Executive team responsible for building our fastest-growing business line, C4B. Be at the forefront of building an enterprise B2B business at Cameo that enables all companies in the world to have easy and affordable access to celebrities for engaging marketing content and event content (both live and asynchronous content).

This role will be responsible for beating your revenue goals, co-creating a scalable sales playbook with leadership and our current team, and building the revenue machines to support long-term profitability.

While this role is in the entertainment space, it is very much a B2B sales leadership role that operates in a high-paced environment with a high expectation of significant revenue growth. We are looking for an outstanding sales leader who has consistently led teams to exceed quotas and has experience building new business lines and crafting world-class go-to-market strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and encourage your team with superlative communication, thoughtfulness, and strategic insight. Hire and develop a world-class team of sales professionals. Help build and define our shared sales culture.
  • Work with leadership to define an acquisition GTM motion that will enable Cameo to get in front of every enterprise company in the world that would see value in celebrity content for marketing and events.
  • Design and operate your sales machine. This includes planning, forecasting, growth strategies, and day-to-day sales management associated with a hunter team and ensuring your team is consistently surpassing quota.
  • Operations supported by a Sales Ops team passionate about data and analytics, GTM strategy, process design and refinement, and overall operational support of the GTO. You will hold the team accountable for Salesforce hygiene and organization.
  • Work closely with leadership, finance, product, and ops to strategically build differentiated product SKUs that make the value proposition for enterprise customers clear.
  • Help identify scalable partnerships both at large companies (land and expand) and with distribution partners.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives between the marketing and product team, demonstrate your insight and experience to improve various channels within the business.
  • Create and maintain rules of engagement and continuously assess the success of ROE amongst the team in creating a harmonious work environment. Help create territory and vertical plans with the operations team.
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition.

What you bring to the table

  • 10+ years of sales leadership with experience in enterprise SaaS sales, B2C or B2B marketplace, and/or consumer technology.
  • The knowledge and understanding, through prior experiences, of scaling a sales org and helping operate a ‘startup within a startup.’
  • A history of success in work, school, and other experiences, such as internal promotions within your former companies, singular achievements, and other distinctions.
  • Executive leadership experience managing and building teams
  • Very strong analytical, planning, and business problem-solving skills
  • Positive, conscientious, fun and likes to get s*it done.
  • Growth mentality and strong collaboration skills
