About the role:

As a Cameo for Business (C4B) Sales Development Representative, you will support our C4B team by prospecting and acquiring business customers who leverage Cameo products in the workplace. Business customers utilize Cameo products in a variety of ways: marketing content, spicing up virtual events, recruiting, employee recognition, sales enablement, and more.

C4B is a brand new team with very ambitious goals over the next 12 months. You will be joining a lean but mighty team with huge growth potential. What you’ll be doing:

  • Making Your Team Successful: You'll be the backbone of our C4B team by generating new business opportunities to support them with a healthy sales pipeline. You'll leverage our products to generate intrigue with prospects and establish the value of our platform.
  • Managing Daily Activity: Day-to-day activity includes qualifying new leads that come through our marketing channels, uploading and organizing all new business leads into Salesforce, updating contact information, searching and identifying new opportunities with people and companies that you’ve identified as good targets for Cameo products, and making sure the sales process is moving forward through the early sales stages to ultimately connect the buyer with one of the C4B sellers. This is a very detailed and process oriented job which is of the utmost importance.
  • Collaborative: You will be working closely with your Account Executives and supporting them by making sure their sales pipeline is diversifying, qualified, and growing.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of SDR experience in the technology and/or entertainment industry.
  • Results-Oriented: You have met and exceeded goals in prior roles, and have a willingness to tackle new challenges.

  • Ability to adapt to a culture of an ever-growing rocketship company that embraces and commits to change.
