Digital organizer 🔥

One Fair Wage (OFW): One Fair Wage is a national campaign, founded in 2013, seeking to win a full minimum wage for all workers nationwide — including tipped workers, youth workers, workers with disabilities, incarcerated workers, tech platform delivery workers and drivers – and an end to all subminimum wages. We work to advance local, state and federal policy by educating policymakers, press and the public on the need for One Fair Wage and by mobilizing low-wage worker voters in support of One Fair Wage; we engage ‘high road’ employers and conscientious consumers in support of One Fair Wage, and create consequences for ‘low road’ actors on the issue; and produce research, books, films and television to help shift the narrative on these issues.
