Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and customer service to our Customers in the respective time zones
  • Identify & troubleshoot server configuration and performance irregularities
  • Ensure infrastructure is properly monitored
  • Infrastructure alerts are addressed in a timely and thorough manner
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills of familiar and unfamiliar technologies alike
  • May troubleshoot unfamiliar products through vendor or online documentation
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving connectivity, installation, and configuration
  • Support various software technologies related to GPS live tracking, mapping and routing, vehicle engine diagnostics, and cellular connectivity
  • Create and maintain customer training resources
  • Perform technical training via webinars to customers and internal users
  • 4-6 Years experience in a Customer Support service desk role
  • Experience working with Help Desk / CRM applications​
  • Innovative and able to think out of the box
  • College / University degree is preferred
  • Advanced experience with Excel (Formulas, Macros, VBA, Pivot tables
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstration of strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven interest, engagement, self-motivation, and enthusiasm in innovation and technology
