Partner Marketing Lead 🔥


About the Job

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to help drive our mission to empower all teams to deliver and control their software through a growing channel of strategic partners. This role will report into Product Marketing and work closely with the Partnerships team in Revenue as well as our partner ecosystem to drive awareness, adoption, and sales pipeline for LaunchDarkly.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify priorities and build joint marketing plans that support company goals.

  • Cultivate relationships with partner marketing leaders in key organizations to align on initiatives.

  • Translate our joint value proposition with partners through messaging and positioning based on developing a deep understanding of shared customers and knowledge of our product in the context of partner solutions.

  • Manage a partner marketing content and program calendar and work cross-functionally to execute activities—including campaigns, co-branded events and content, customer stories, and media opportunities.

  • Create sales collateral and enablement materials (decks, solution briefs, data sheets) to support a shared value selling motion for partner solutions.

  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) programs for top-tier partners.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of partner, product, or solutions marketing in B2B SaaS or developer software.

  • Proven self-starter with experience leading successful cross-functional marketing programs.

  • Strong business acumen with an affinity for enterprise technical solutions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across all levels of the organization and partner ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Channel marketing experience, specifically working with large-scale vendors like AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or IBM.

  • Experience marketing or selling DevOps solutions.
