Mystudio.io The Customer Support Specialist needs to be self-motivated, punctual and have a passion for working directly with customers.
Individuals interested in the Customer Support Specialist must also have: Outstanding English oral and written communication Basic Grammar skills and average typing 40 - 60 WPM Enjoys a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
Working computer with fast reliable internet Excellent attention to detail Exceptional problem-solving skills Experience working in a team environment Comfortable with change Technical experience a plus Previous remote work experience a plus The Customer Support Specialist is 100% remote work individuals need to have a dedicated, quiet workspace as responsibilities for the position include live chat support, calls, and screen shares.
Additional Responsibilities include: Deliver precise and timely responses to customers over multiple channels Thorough understanding and application of MyStudio Analyze user trends, behavior, and customer issues of the MyStudio app Identify opportunities for improvement Facilitate customer support communication to other MyStudio team members We are only hiring in the following states: Georgia, Utah, California, and Virginia.
Working Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday - Friday with an hour break for lunch.
