Social Media Coordinator 🔥


The Dragontree and Briana Borten are hiring a part-time/remote Social Media Coordinator.

The Social Media Coordinator will lead in the direction, creation, strategy, planning, and execution for the company’s day-to-day social media marketing and engagement, including creation and implementation; tracking, and monthly/annual goal management.

This position is 20 hours a week, paid hourly. Some weekend and evening work to actively post, is required.

About You:
* You love social media and stay up to date with all of the latest strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc.
* You have experience growing social media following and engagement.
* You have an ease in learning and adapting your writing style to reflect different voices and brands.
* You enjoy creating social media graphics and can adapt to meet the style of different brands.
* You are an independent self-starter and also are great working on a team.
* You seek excellence in everything you do.
* You love engaging with different types of people.
* Major plus: Experience with courses and programs led by The Dragontree and/or Briana Borten.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Planning, Strategy and Direction
* Work with Marketing teams to come up with the social media strategy for each and every launch
* Plan out the social media strategy to be used in general
* Follow style and tone guidelines to create posts, stories, reels, and other videos
* Stay up to date with the newest algorithms and strategies used to increase followers and engagement on all
platforms we’ve deemed as useful (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Youtube etc)
* Make a monthly social media marketing calendar that works with launches and supports the brands

Social Media Creation and Execution
* Create posts, stories, and reels in the look, style, and tone of the brand
* Listen to calls with Briana and Peter, read articles, read books etc to pull for social media content
* Make reels/tik toks that are on brand and action oriented
* Post videos, posts etc at the agreed upon pace/number daily

Social Media & Community Engagement
* Engage on social media with comments, followers, followers of “competition” or other influencers in a tone that represents the brand
* Increase followers and engagement by actively seeking to USE the platforms and be social ;)

YouTube
* Comment and reply to comments on Youtube
* Post in groups and on social media
* Elevate with the Youtube groups on Facebook
* Post Youtube video on blog a week after with SEO

Tracking and Goal Management
* Track what works and what doesn’t - know your metrics
* Hit goals set with manager/s
* Work with marketing team to make sure the marketing team goals are met via social media

Additional
* Uphold mission statement and core values in all communications and interactions.
* Adhere to all Dragontree policies and protocols as described in Employee Handbook

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
