Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Pay: $25-$30/hr
Duration: 6 months, potential to get extended/hired on

Utilizing sales reps to service and sell into our highest value business card customers to curb attrition and create a better customer experience

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers and prospective members/charters to develop new payments (business card) business
- Prepare highly effective sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends services that would benefit clients
- Achieve individual business development goals, including new sales, calling activity, and card activation calls
- Maintain required subject expertise, including product knowledge, general organization practices, policies and procedures, and knowledge of technological advances applicable to product lines and services
- Establish and maintain good public relations with the community and/or third-party brokers/intermediaries to enhance the organization's image
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract requirements with business objectives
- Responsible for successfully servicing existing vendor programs and/or generating new product, service, lease, and/or finance volume
- May research, qualify and activate new sources of business
- Work with customers (internal and external) to facilitate lease transactions or sale of bank products, services, lease or financing from credit approval to funding
- Call existing customers within assigned territory or industry to promote products/services. Explains services and programs to end-users and vendors
- Follow up on outstanding approvals for closure with bank source and customers
- Work with credit and customers to approve and close new or existing business
- Prepare and deliver documentation for signature
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of unit payment products and well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills
- Strong customer service/relations skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the organization and its products, services, and operations
- knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
