Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed weekly marketing, sales and enrollment goals for customer acquisition and renewals.
  • Successfully and succinctly evaluate business and individual customers’ needs and financial status' and propose suitable protection programs that meet all criteria.
  • Follow procedures and strict production quality guidelines.
  • Accurate data collection, submissions and records keeping.
  • Execute, maintain and protect client PII, company IP and chain of command procedures.
  • Work with staff for clients' successful customer service needs.
  • Monitor and report customer service and complaints to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Constantly update job knowledge, increase personal production and learn about new products and services.

Skills

  • Execute timely, daily organization to achieve scheduled tasks, no excuses.
  • Proven working experience as an outbound Insurance or Benefits rep, agent or enrollment specialist or relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to meet aggressive goals with balanced temperament.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively with high volume outbound calls.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships in measured environment.
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (health, life, retirement, supplemental, etc).
  • Advanced computer capabilities: MIN REMOTE EQUIPMENT is dual monitor computer min 8G RAM, intel chip, highest speed broadband, headset, webcam, quite undisturbed home office - sorry no chromebook/notebook.
  • Proficient with cloud based systems, CRM and web utilization, VOIP and various electronic communications systems.

Note - this is a LUCRATIVE SIX FIGURE CAREER POSITION PLEASE CONDUCT YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY. REMOTE candidates must have adequate home office with internet and computer that can utilize company CRM/VOIP and technical systems with ease - you will be asked to provide computer specs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
