Job Description:

To help with operational improvement in the business, we are seeking a sales/marketing operations specialist who is expert in Salesforce and specifically around campaign/lead/contact/account management, lead routing, troubleshooting lead process challenges, and creating dashboards plus reports to maximize our conversions of marketing leads to sales opportunities and pipeline.

This is a project based support role who will report into the Global Head of Enterprise Marketing and partnering with the Regional and Partner Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce and Tableau, data driven, highly structured, and an analytical problem solver to tackle and solve operational challenges. This person will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment able to deliver against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Help troubleshoot and resolve lead routing issues working with regional mktg, sales ops and technical teams
  • Work with our digital and regional marketing team to ensure tracking of activities are captured
  • Build regional reports, dashboards, and monthly analysis using Salesforce and Tableau
  • Systematically QA lead follow-up on weekly basis to ensure “no leads left behind”
  • Recommend improvements on lead processes, management and conversions
  • Support lead uploads

Experience:

  • 3 years domain experience in a marketing/sales operations, SFDC admin or marketing automation role, with strong data and analytical skills and experience in marketing/campaign performance measurement
  • Strong experience with tools, specifically Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau
  • Knowledge of Leandata is a plus
  • Knowledge of lead routing software is a plus (routing, territory management, governance around people rosters)
  • Experience with lead routing processes
  • Curious, data driven, analytical and a problem solver
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Good communicator (spoken and written) used to engaging with multiple stakeholders to share analysis and propose solutions
  • Self starter with ability to work independently and prioritise
  • Proficiency with MS office (xls, ppt)
  • SaaS or B2B experience preferred
