Calmr Bio is looking for a full-time Sales Executive with product sales experience to join our expanding sales team. This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified
US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients' requirements, then we want to hear from you!

As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Ensure monthly and annual sales are achieved by targeting clients in niche markets.
  • Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
  • Represent and demonstrate Calmr’s Core Values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues.
  • Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent.
  • Provide best in class customer experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values.
  • Find and create opportunities for our customers to become wholesale partners.
  • Navigate various conversations with multiple potential customers on a daily basis.
  • New business development, from either Calmr’s existing clients in the US; generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
  • Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Resolve problems on orders or other sales related items.
  • Be a team player and someone that has a focus on innovation to help further push for Calmr’s success within the CBD industry.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 years' demonstrable sales success within merchandise.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone, email and social media.
  • Presentable and professionalism in and out of the workplace.
  • General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
  • Strong networking skills

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
