As the Leader in Recruiting Intelligence, The Edens Group, LLC has been retained to identify and recruit an Inside Sales Specialist for a leader in Identity and Cyber Protection Services. Our client is a well-established firm, with revenue in the Billions and a multi-national global presence. This role is in their Global Identity and Cyber Protection division which is a leading provider of Identity and Cyber protection to consumers and businesses. Their SaaS and PaaS software products are currently marketed B2B2C and will be expanding to B2B platform sales.
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, generating interest, routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure. The successful person in the role will have demonstrated a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and a high level of integrity. This person must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly build relationships of trust and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively prospect and target new opportunities.
- Research specific verticals and companies within those verticals and identify the right people to speak to.
- Qualify inbound leads.
- Identify, qualify, and set appointments.
- Perform outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
- Build rapport and initial relationship with prospects.
- Manage lead funnel and track activities in Hubspot.
- Achieve monthly appointment setting objectives.
- Obtain a functional understanding of all company and sister company product lines/services.
· Assisting with presentation and proposal development.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Experience in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), MS office, MS Teams.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Compensation:
Total compensation package includes a competitive base salary in the $80K plus range plus a double digit bonus and great benefits.
