We’re a fast-growing Natural Foods company looking for a creative mind who is ready to showcase their talent in an impactful way. As our digital marketing content creator, you will be responsible for the critical task of translating the brand personality, values, and voice into visuals that engage consumers on an emotional level. It’s also important that you are passionate about a healthy lifestyle as you will represent the brand, managing our social platforms and interacting with consumers.

Responsibilities:

· Design and execute various types of brand content, including but not limited to short videos, GIFs, infographics, HTML emails, custom templates, email banners, ads, PowerPoint decks, various social media posts, graphics, etc.

- Master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social content (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)

· Refine your graphic design, photo, and video content creation skills for social media and website deployment.

· Plan and execute photoshoots, building a library of product photos for use online.

· Work collaboratively with our team on printed collateral, including postcards and other promotional materials.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to educate our customers and community about the values behind the brand and our health and wellness focus.

Requirements:

· Must be a self-starter, driven to get things done and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

· Demonstrated proficiency in photography, videography, and/or graphic design.

· Proficient photo and/or video editing skills including composition, image/video editing, and caption development.

· Experience with editing and copywriting brand content, a plus; strong written communication skills a definite must have.

· Adept at navigating and harnessing social media channels and the types of content needed to resonate with consumers to drive brand awareness and purchase intent.

· Basic understanding of how to calculate key marketing metrics and what they mean.

· Some prior experience in marketing, social media, and/or design is preferred but not required. This is a great position for a creative innovator looking to gain industry experience.

· Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads , and an understanding of terms like: ROAS, CTR, CAC
