We are an award-winning Brand from Southern Germany that manufactures Luxury / Lifestyle products. Our Products are sold in 30 Countries across 1000 POS.

JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION

To support the development of our West Coast Operations and strengthen our presence in the US, we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This position will require at least 60% - 70% travel.

Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will be managing and developing current customers as well as prospecting new partners to extend the companies regional footprint in a productive and profitable approach.

The 6 core States for development in 21-22 are: CA, NV, AZ, WA, CO & NM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management:

  • Operational oversight of Retailer's activities for day to day operations
  • Work in partnership with back office team to ensure a smooth logistic and shipping process
  • Reviewed, approved and implemented annual business plan
  • Conduct brand and product training in key and strategic locations, hosted in partnership with local retailers
  • Work closely with Retailers marketing team to implement marketing initiatives to drive sales
  • Monthly sell-through analysis and replenishment proposal with partners based on NOS (Never out of stock) strategy
  • Conduct store and market visit for seasonal training

New customers:

  • Identify target customers in each market/ region
  • Prospect and visit potential new customers
  • Organisation of new season's sales meetings
  • Assist customers on selection and buy details

Reporting

  • Monitor and forecast sales on monthly basis
  • Work with sales team to feedback market needs to adapt supply demand and develop sales opportunities

ESSENTIAL KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in an regional sales capacity
  • Ideally with a background in Home Decor, Retail or luxury goods.
  • Mature and professional understanding of cross-cultural differences
  • Highly driven and dynamic personality
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and creative problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised individual used to work in a pressured environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident in working to monthly targets, reporting and strong professional sales approach

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
