As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our member and providers. Our Customer Service and Support are responsible for answering all inbound customer inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts.

What We Are Looking For-
Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with customers over the phone and through various electronic channels for accessing account information and product offerings
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
  • Follow customers through authentication and call quality standards
  • Consistently present a professional image while conveying a positive banking and customer service experience
  • Adherence to bank policies and procedures
  • Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
  • Maintain current knowledge of and follow all bank policies and procedures while ensuring protection of customer confidentiality and privacy
  • Accurately document information exchanged during each call
  • Promote products and services; consistently cross-sell products at every opportunity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiently bi-lingual English/Spanish for verbal and written business communications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales position, preferably in the banking industry is a plus
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail

Pay: $15/hr.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required.

Hours: The program is open 24x7. Reps will need to be flexible. Schedules may include a weekend or evenings.

** This position will begin in a remote environment, but you will transition to our Miami/Ft. Lauderdale call center offices within the next couple of months **
