Marketing Manager - Ets


The Marketing Manager will focus on developing the global marketing strategy, plan, and delivery of tactics to support the commercial growth and communication goals of Envision Technology Solutions (ETS). This role will encompass marketing strategy development along with marketing execution. While the Marketing Manager role will be aligned with and report into the ETS business pillar, the individual will be part of the growing global Envision Pharma Group (EPG) marketing community. This community will enable the sharing of specific skills, expertise, and marketing best practice to contribute to marketing innovations for the global company and serve to provide a development path for individuals in this field to get involved and expand their skills across EPG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and translate the business pillar commercial plan into a global marketing and communications strategy with appropriate budget

  • Create the marketing plan containing tactics to cover the full marketing mix and KPIs to support the marketing strategy, and overall commercial operation

  • Create strong marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and introductions to the company, support organic growth, and improve overall client relationship management and retention to demonstrate how we solve problems

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish. Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage the right internal and brand process to craft copy, create the call to action, oversee campaign collateral development (e.g., credentials, sale sheets, playbooks, PPT resources, white papers, demos, etc.), campaign deployment, and conduct analysis with iteration based on results

  • Gather and convey competitor, customer, and industry insights that are relevant to the business pillar to inform EPG’s commercial and marketing strategy/tactics, through identifying industry hot topics and client concerns that require resolution – become the internal voice of the customer

  • Work with pillar leads and subject matter experts to create an annual thought leadership content plan and calendar that supports product and service line goals, pillar expansion, and client retention

  • Produce promotional, educational, and thought leadership materials – working with subject matter experts and the Creative Lab to implement

  • Maintain a presence on relevant industry pillar platforms, e.g., ISMPP, MAPS, and find additional global event platforms (including PR, awards, and sponsorship) to identify appropriate speaking opportunities for Envision’s global subject matter experts

  • Connect with influential pillar media outlets, journalists, and other channels to place stories about the company, capabilities, and subject matter leaders within the organization

  • Manage and evaluate performance of the annual marketing plan and its goals to drive campaign efficiency and content improvements, including analyzing and interpreting data and metrics from congress and booth activities, webinars, websites, SEOPPC , email campaigns, and other outreach marketing activities that form the marketing mix

  • Work with other members of the EPG global marketing community to push forward marketing best practice and innovation for the company

  • Be the expert on our iEnvision Product Suite. Help educate our customers and internal stakeholders by creating clear, simple, and relevant stories that show the unique benefits of our solutions

  • Keep informed of industry trends and imperatives
  • Key Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in product marketing, Demo or Solution Engineering, or product management driving product marketing activities in an SaaS organization of a similar size.

  • Pharmaceutical industry sector experience is preferred, not required for ETS. We are hiring a Marketing Manager for ESS which requires experience with pharmaceutical clients

  • Proven hands-on background in creating a range of high-fidelity marketing assets and collateral, including succinct slide pitch decks, eBooks, videos, demos, event/webinar content, case studies, storyboards, and info / spec sheets.

  • Ability to manage multiple products and cross-functional initiatives

  • Flexible team player with the proven ability to lead and inspire others

  • Proven track track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment

  • Organizational skills to effectively manage complex and competing projects with tight deadlines

  • Outstanding level of communication, strong writing, story-telling, presentation development, and delivery skills – with an appreciation of the key benefits around storytelling

  • Demonstrable organizational and project management capability to manage multiple projects at any time, with stakeholders across multiple geographies

  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

  • Experience and proficiency in social media, websites, email marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, and Salesforce)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, PR, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
