The Curriculum (Your Role):Seesaw is looking for an experienced curriculum implementation leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment to join our growing content team. The Implementation Manager embodies a customer-first, data-driven approach. This is an exciting opportunity to design and execute implementation programs that lead to product adoption, customer satisfaction and improved student outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting educators and is experienced in building effective, scalable systems and teams.

Your Classmates (The Team):This role reports into the Head of Content. You will be partnering with content product managers, customer success and the sales team to ensure customers successfully implement Seesaw lessons.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

    • Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the implementation of Seesaw Lessons.
    • Drive customer outcomes, resulting in lesson adoption, a positive customer experience and renewals and expansion opportunities. 
    • Participate in sales calls as needed to demonstrate lessons and our learning approach.
    • Influence future lifetime value through product activation and adoption, customer satisfaction and overall satisfaction scores.
    • Reduce churn and drive new business growth by building lasting relationships that result in customer testimonials, case studies and references.
    • Optimize customer value by creating and driving programs and initiatives that improve engagement and satisfaction in all customer segments. 
    • Build and lead a mission driven implementation team that is highly motivated, focused on improving customer outcomes and on continuous improvement:
    • Recruit and develop a high performing team.
    • Develop company-wide customer success by collaborating and  integrating processes, content and data to/from stakeholder organizations (e,g., Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product/Engineering, etc).
    • Foster collaboration within the Seesaw team and across customers.
    • Drive operational practices to track performance of teams and individuals.
    • Work closely with Seesaw Lesson sales to align on strategies, renewal forecasting, and account opportunities. 
    • Address customer issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate.

Prerequisites (Basic Requirements):

    • 7+ years of management experience leading teams in successfully implementing curriculum products in schools and districts.
    • Proven experience leading teams, driving adoption and leveraging customer success best practices.
    • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
    • Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams.
    • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation and planning.
    • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
    • Collaborative teammate who is values-driven, supportive, and committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
