Customer Success Specialist 🔥


We are a growing SaaS company that solves financial challenges for the service industry (restaurants, hotels, etc). We need a rockstar to oversee customer onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. You will work hand in hand with our Sales representative and following the closing of the trial period, you will be responsible for onboarding the customer onto our platform, answering questions, and communicating relevant feedback to the team. You will be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience and support.

About You:

  • Restaurant / Hospitality experience is required. We can teach our software, we can’t teach an entire industry’s culture, work norms, and lingo.
  • Software competency is a must. You don’t need to have technical skills or know how to code, but you do need to know the basics of cloud computing, what an API is, how to open and manipulate a CSV file, etc.
  • Sales or SaaS experience is a strong bonus
  • Cheery and compassionate personality is a must. Restaurant managers come from all walks of life, and you have to be able to speak from a technical perspective or a layman’s perspective on a moment’s notice.
  • Patience is a virtue. As we grow, sometimes issues happen. Often times it is an issue on our end, often times it is a user issue. The temperament who can work with a potential frustrated customer, turn their day around, and pass along feedback to us is the rockstar we need.
  • Motivated individual is a requirement. We have tripled in revenue and company valuation in 6 months, and we offer a substantial equity opportunity. Everyone wears a lot of hats, and we encourage creativity and input from all departments.

Knowledge and proficiency of the following softwares are a strong bonus:

*Outreach, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Google Suite, Calendly.

Compensation: $40k + commission structure, with sizeable equity provisions and health / dental / vision benefits after 90 days. Opportunity to advance to a management position quickly which comes with a larger salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
