About the job...
As the primary responsibility is lead generation for the sales team, this is a 360-degree role including appointment setting, pre-sales research/meeting preparation and looking for referrals. You will be working closely with the business owners to develop your skillset and grow as an individual while also helping our client achieve their company goals. We offer competitive rates plus additional commissions earned based on the number of appointments set that convert into closed deals. This position offers unlimited earning potential!
● You’re familiar with the use of any sales related CRM (Hubspot preferred).
● You are personally motivated, hard working and unrelenting on your personal and financial goals.
● You’ve worked remotely or with clients in other countries and are comfortable being your own manager.
● Exceptional phone skills when talking to cold prospects
● Extensive cold calling experience
● English spoken fluently as a second nature
● Hitting targets and KPI’s in a high pressure appointment setting environment
● Familiar with Australian culture
