Novi AMS is a fundamentally different approach to non-profit Association Management Software (AMS). Our engineering and customer experience teams work side-by-side with our customers to continue to develop the only AMS created by associations, for associations.

We are looking for a motivated, data-driven marketer to own our inbound marketing funnel. You will be responsible for attracting website traffic, converting those visitors into leads, and working with our sales team to nurture those leads into customers.

Qualifications

The perfect person for this position:

  • Strategic, creatively minded and results-oriented marketer with experience in brand storytelling, content, social media
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting ability
  • Up to speed with digital marketing techniques and best practices
  • As much practitioner as strategist, someone with a knack for developing marketing strategy who doesn’t hesitate to dive into implementation.
  • Previous non-profit association or SaaS marketing experience would be a plus. If you have experience with both, we definitely want to hear from you!
  • A bachelor's degree - the field doesn't matter as much as your ability to explain your journey.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and available to work full-time from your remote/virtual office.

General Position Description:

Marketing responsibilities such as:

  • Build a strong cadence of clear communication that keeps stakeholders informed and excited about our work to amplify the change associations create
  • Own and optimize our full-funnel marketing strategy, driving inbound lead generation and increasing conversion rates from entrance to customer acquisition
  • Document our customer’s success stories as case studies, digital ads, and website testimonials
  • Develop a deep understanding of the nonprofit association market, including buyer personas, key use cases, and user needs
  • Work directly with the Novi AMS CEO to develop product positioning & messaging
  • Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral using a number of mediums, including videos, keynotes, articles via channels like website copy, webinars, and sales decks
  • Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience of association staff members to our digital properties and assists the sales team in showing the value our software can bring to a prospective customer’s organization
  • Build and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Partner closely with sales, customer experience, and product development teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns across all channels
  • Experiment with new channels and continually improve campaigns. Monitor paid campaigns to ensure net revenue remains higher than campaign costs
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
