Influencer Marketing Manager
As the Influencer Manager, you have a passion for social media, and always stay on top of trends and influencer opportunities. You are experienced with working on campaign concepts weaving in influencer content by establishing and managing contracts and content guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with the Brand owner and Marketing Manager to develop programs, strategies, and tactics that allow influencers to create the most compelling and highest-quality content.
  • Influencer sourcing, building out a directory of Influencers in regional markets for future campaigns,
  • Keep influencers informed about the latest news on upcoming product launches, major content updates and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the social and accounts teams to coordinate the delivery of creative assets, content roadmap, and brand guidelines for review to the client.
  • Manage and submit pre-bill estimates to account leads for Influencer programs
  • Manage paid social amplification of Influencer content
  • Manages Influencer payment, submitting invoices & w9 to billing department & track for fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with influencer campaigns
  • Solid understanding of all major social media and video platforms, particularly
  • Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple departments and clients.
  • Excellent networking and people management skills
  • Self starter; takes initiative; excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using influencer and campaign tracking and research tools.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract,

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
