Sales Executive 🔥
Purpose: This is a sales position! Through a consultative approach BSS’s are expected to learn what a prospective client is in need of and provide a solution via services offered by Excel Web Solutions. BSS’s are expected to maintain a book of business through primarily phone interactions in an effort to help new and (existing clients.)
The Sales Executive role includes:
- Prospecting for new business (cold calls and warm calls)
- Approach and develop new leads daily
- Plan, prepare sales presentations for prospects and clients
- Set up meetings with prospects and clients
- Contact referrals promptly with the intent of having a long-term relationship.
- Determines the best solution for the referrals needs.
- Maintain a book of business with new and existing referrals.
- Responsible for preparing quotes and presentations for services provided by Excel Web Solutions
- Follow up and close the sale which will mean the commercial clients’ services have been deployed and implemented and the client is paying.
- Up selling additional products as need arises
- When an opportunity is uncovered for alternative services the BSS should live transfer the consumer to the appropriate BSS or submit a referral through NewTracker™ for follow up.
- Meet and exceed Monthly sales quota
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 2 years in digital Marketing, web or interactive agency and/or B2B sales background
- A proven track record or meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Self-motivated driven for growth and success
- An understanding of online marketing and web design
- A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency and a high level of energy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Superior organizational and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills

Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Knowledge of Newtek products and services
- Knowledge of the merchant services / credit card processing industry and all ecommerce products
- Active listening skills and consultative personality
- Ability to effectively communicate information orally
- Strong written communication skill
- Ability to close deals from beginning to end.
Performance Measures / Accountabilities:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals including revenue targets, referral creations, and phone KPI’s.
- Ability to work with all other areas and/or departments within the company.
Accuracy in quoting services and making sure services are completed within specified timeframes
