Inside Sales Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION: We're seeking TALENT like crazy, and looking for smart, forward-thinking results oriented doers to join us as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent for sales group Candidates must absolutely be self-motivated, aggressive, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature. Responsibilities include: negotiations, prospecting, market research, deal making, and transaction management.
Six figure incomes are common in an agent's second to third year.
Candidates must be self-motivated, ambitious. Possess strong communication skills, solid problem solving abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit and business development skills. Strong math skills and an understanding of financial markets and models are also essential. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required as well as strong general computer skills.
A familiarity with proposal based sales and big-ticket sales are a plus.
Must be able to do phone sales / calls !!
