What you Bring....

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to answer customer calls and help our customers with product and service-related issues. Our support team takes care of customers and family members that call in seeking resolution to questions, issues, or technical troubleshooting for our device. Responsibilities and skills required include but are not limited to:

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Communicating with customers through various channels such as email, chat, and voice.

· Acknowledging and taking ownership of cases to resolve customer complaints.

· Knowing our MedMinder products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

· Keeping thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Walking our customers through set up of our products and handle any necessary troubleshooting.

· Selling our products and service to prospective subscribe and processing payments.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues cross functionally.

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide best in class professional customer support.

Required Experience:

  • Customer and technical support experience (call center experience a plus)
  • Confidence in remote troubleshooting
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry proficiency
  • Ability and desire to work independently
  • HS Diploma / GED required. Associate degree is preferred
  • English/Spanish- Bilingual preferred
