As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new opportunities for the inside sales team using CRM, email and phone. You will engage executive-level contacts and qualify six-figure sales opportunities with companies across the country – teamwork, strategy and communication are critical in our sales process.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Consistently generate 2-3 new qualified opportunities per week
- Maintain prospect database
- Engage executive-level prospects and effectively demonstrate TZA’s unique value proposition
- Maintain daily/weekly prospecting activity
- Partner with Account Executives on strategy for potential sales opportunities
What will help you be successful:
- Experience in an outbound calling environment
- Confident on the phones, embracing a “hunter” role
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
