We are looking for a confident inside sales professional who is goal-driven and motivated by the opportunity to grow – our philosophy is that this role is an Account Executive in training!

Here you’ll gain valuable experience selling our industry-leading SaaS solution while earning a competitive base salary, commission and uncapped monthly bonuses.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new opportunities for the inside sales team using CRM, email and phone. You will engage executive-level contacts and qualify six-figure sales opportunities with companies across the country – teamwork, strategy and communication are critical in our sales process.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Consistently generate 2-3 new qualified opportunities per week
  • Maintain prospect database
  • Engage executive-level prospects and effectively demonstrate TZA’s unique value proposition
  • Maintain daily/weekly prospecting activity
  • Partner with Account Executives on strategy for potential sales opportunities

What will help you be successful:

  • Experience in an outbound calling environment
  • Confident on the phones, embracing a “hunter” role
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)

Pay: Up to $65,500.00 per year
