Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist with RaaStr, you will:
- Define and execute campaigns to support client sales across the buyer journey that include clearly stated objectives, target audiences, tactics, timeline, and KPIs.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Collaborate with sales to develop and test hypotheses, assessing effectiveness as measured by new leads, conversion, and marketing-influenced revenue.
- Generate tracking, analysis, and reports to illustrate the efficacy of campaigns using Google Analytics, supplemented with other sources and analysis as appropriate.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing project management plans, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Work with agencies, consultants, and freelancers to supplement and extend our in-house efforts and capabilities.
- Research, test, and manage digital ads on platforms like Google and LinkedIn to drive impressions, interest, and traffic to our corporate site.
Qualities and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of marketing optimization tactics, including content recommendations.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind, with an eye for creativity.
- Experience with and adaptability to a wide variety of digital technologies, including marketing automation, CMS, and CRM tools.
