We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative to join our B2B startup company.Our ideal SDR is a team player who can demonstrate the ability to work alone and be a productive team member, and that loves closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continuous learning and improvement.As an SDR at Binah.ai, you will be responsible for servicing outbound/inbound sales and related inquiries, focusing on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers.If this sounds like your next dream job and you’re looking to grow while pushing your boundaries in a dynamic environment, Binah.ai is the place for you.

(The position will be based in the US and working remotely).

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Consistently perform effective outbound/inbound sales calls on a daily basis in line with targets provided
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Achieve growth and hit both sales and leads target
  • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on inbound leads, as well as with outbound lead generating efforts
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B startup company as a Sales Development Representative
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Salesforce savvy- a must
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of customers
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Spanish (and other languages)- an advantage
  • Sales experience in the field of Digital Health - advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
