Job Description: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Job Summary

The Image One FM ISR is responsible for supporting their Business Development Executive (BDE) partner with activities and customer approach tactics including, but not limited to: New Client Prospect research utilizing our third party Contact Database, Zoom Info and other online tools; Prospecting, Marketing, Cold Calling & Lead Generation resulting in both Formal (RFP) and Informal Bid opportunities (all to be recorded in our Salesforce CRM system in real time). The ISR will support the BDE with achieving sales goals by: Identifying New Bid Opportunities, tracking prospect bid cycles, supporting Bid Submission (if needed), meeting client expectations, to get the DEAL CLOSED.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out potential client contacts and build productive, trust-based relationships resulting in new Bid opportunities
  • Participate in Marketing Activities
  • Support bid activity and follow up process to improve win rates
  • Assess customer needs and assist the BDE to expand our breadth of services provided to our customer.
  • Remain knowledgeable on services offered and be able to articulately discuss available options, as well as cross sell across service divisions
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested by the BDE.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Ambitious, energetic, persistent, driven attitude, with track record of over-achieving on goals
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with strong customer service focus
  • Professional presentation, confident, assertive and displays a high level of self-esteem
  • Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner
  • Good communication and Presentation skills: able to effectively communicate/present to all levels of management, both internally and externally, on the phone, in person and through email
  • Good computer and Microsoft office skills

Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university (in rare exceptions education can be mitigated by proven, applicable experience)
  • Industry Experience a Plus
