Hcm Product Sales Manager 🔥


The HCM Product Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of Human Resource Information Systems to streamline all HR Processes from Hire to Retire as well as the ancillary products supporting the software and processes. You will be expected to ensure profitable growth in sales revenue through planning and execution of individual Key Performance Indicators.

The HCM Product Sales Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

**Can work Remote or from the Corporate Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. **

Essential Functions:

· Prospect and qualify new sales leads.

· Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.

· Create, plan, and deliver presentation on company products.

· Track all sales activities in company CRM system.

· Communicate prospect pain points to appropriate departments.

· Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

· Develop a strong, ongoing relationship with prospects and clients.

· Meet and/or exceed quotas.

· Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts.

Key Requirements

· 3-5 years’ experience selling operational business application software.

· Proven ability to meet/exceed six figure sales quotas.

· Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.

· Hands on experience/education in Human Resources and/or Payroll.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Highly self-motivated.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Critical thinking skills.

· Working knowledge of computing/computer network concepts.

Compensation: Base plus Commission. Profit Share (when applicable).
