Responsibilities for SDR:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation that results in product demonstrations, opportunities and revenue.
  • Contribute to Oxygen’s growth through outbound prospecting efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement through existing tech stack.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM - SalesForce.
  • Learn the modern SaaS sales methodology from a seasoned sales leader with more than a decade of experience in high growth tech companies and a track record of developing, retaining and promoting top talent.
  • Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Support, and Sales teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, campaigns, and market positioning.
  • Generate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until qualified meetings are set.
  • Learn competitors in the space, how our product differentiates itself as well as different pricing models in the market today.

Qualifications for SDR:

  • B.A./B.S. Degree.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • 1+ years of experience as a sales development rep preferred.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset.
  • You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external parties

Location:

Remote

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Telemarketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales in Medicine / Health Tech: 2 years (Preferred)
