Company Overview

TheraPlatform is a HIPAA Compliant Video Conferencing and Practice Management Software, supporting both teletherapy and office visits.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Director the person hired for this role will be supporting Marketing and leadership teams through the execution of a variety of projects. The individual will be a part of a cross functional team and expected to collaborate as necessary to push projects forward with consideration to team priorities, organizational goals and set deadlines. We’re looking for someone motivated, organized, and productive to learn our business and enthusiastically contribute toward team goals.

As a Marketing Coordinator at TheraPlatform, you will be expected to:

· Execute on database marketing tasks

· Design and build various marketing worksheets and materials

· Build email and manage weekly email deliverables

· Coordinate with our graphic designer on ongoing projects

· Monitor social media and produce content for company pages

· Coordinate logistics supporting planned marketing events

· Execute on planned tactics in support of the SEO program (training provided)

· Conduct market research supporting marketing and sales goals

· Take a proactive approach in handling your assigned duties

Qualifications:

· Team player with a positive attitude

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field

· 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing support role or other relevant position

· Prior experience working with a marketing CRM platform, preferably Zoho

· Experience coordinating the moving parts of multi-channel campaigns and meeting deadlines

· Experience generating marketing materials supporting print, digital, and operations

· Experience with Google Suite tools, Social Media, and E-mail marketing tools

Additional Information:

Full-time contract role

100% Remote

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
