Job Description
A Software Sale Representative (“Candidate”) is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for EstateSpace. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts. The successful Candidate is expected to understand how to sell SaaS products and produce on day 1. The Candidate should not require training but EstateSpace doesn’t mind training in certain areas.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Proactively seek prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements (preferred)
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Requirements

  • BA Degree - Business Administration or something equivalent
  • Track record of achieving SaaS software sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Customer service skills, listen to customer concerns and address their needs
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day
  • Build relationships and network effectively
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling prospects making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
