POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a top-performing sales professional with proven success in selling ABM and sales support services such as lead generation, content syndication, and intent data? We are looking for individuals with experience selling to the Sales Persona (i.e. Head of Sales, VP of Sales, CRO, etc.) MRP is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Sales Director, to work remotely, with the consideration of company HQ in Philadelphia.

This role will be focused on managing a quota for expansion within MRP’s largest enterprise accounts. In this role, the ideal candidate will excel in developing both new accounts and managing growth on existing accounts. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Sales – Americas & Customer Growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Report revenue to VP and Executive Management.
  • This position will not have direct management responsibility. However, this position will assist in motivating and developing sales team to enhance skills and achieve sales plans.
  • Ensure that yourself & team has the knowledge, skills and developmental plans to overachieve in their assigned quota.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in extensive sales and sales management in the sales and marketing services industry
  • Successful experience managing large deals with Mid-Market clients.
  • Proven client relationship skills including understanding a client's strategic objectives and both short- and long-term business requirements.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or relevant degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $124,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
