Digital Marketing Manager
The Bard Valley Date Growers are on a large growth curve and require a Digital Marketing Manager to support the company's growth into ecommerce channels and support our both consumer and trade digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing various ecommerce channels, developing digital promotions and advertising campaigns.
POSITION IS REMOTE
- Develop trial generating campaigns to improve product ranking on Amazon and other ecommerce channels
- Develop our B2B ecomm presence on Alibaba and RangeMe to target alternative retailers to develop leads into new channels
- Coordinate with regional sales reps on digital marketing initiatives with key retailers across the US and Canada
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional and advertising campaigns to maximize our ecommerce sales
- Partner with trade marketing, consumer marketing, and sales to align priorities and executions
- Ensure product pricing and promotions aligns with overall sales & marketing strategies
- Working with creative agency partners to develop design assets needed for digital marketing across ecomm, social, and programmatic activations
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaign strategies that will generate trial with new consumers
- Partner with innovation on go to market strategies to support new product launches.
- Report on performance using data & analytics to make recommendations on optimizing our online presence.
- Utilize consumer research to inform marketing strategies
Educational & Job Requirements
- Degree: BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or related experience
- Extensive knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. Experience in fresh produce a plus
- Experience developing and implementing Ecommerce channel presence.
- History of developing successful online promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing projects and developing process.
- Demonstration of cross-functional leadership capabilities and problem-solving ability.
- Experience managing a broad product portfolio and making fact based keep/cut recommendations.
- Experience building, monitoring and revising budgets and forecasts.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically.
- Strong oral, written and computer skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Ability to interact with and adapt to different personalities and work styles.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and board of directors.
- Experience with Adobe illustrator, photoshop, & canva desired but not required.
