B2B Tech Marketing and Lead Generation, Sales Coordinator (WORK REMOTELY)

Company is profitable, mature and growing. We are looking to hire a B2B Tech Marketing Lead Generation, Sales Coordinator to help support our growing sales team with selling sales leads to B2B and Technology companies. TechPRO is global with offices in San Francisco, CA, London, UK and with operations in South East Asia.
This support role position will work remotely and will be paid a generous salary.
- Discover new prospects through internet research using Linked-In, Industry/Trade websites, google, etc..
- Build prospect lists based on specified criteria, use emails or Linked-In messages to reach out to prospects.
- Help manage prospecting status and update company CRM.
- Assist in creating sales proposals by using MSFT PPT, Excel and Word.
- Update and organize sales/marketing collateral, one-sheets, PPT decks, etc..
- Help Management, Client Services, Finance and Production teams to ensure client requirements and goals are being met, and other business functions as needed. .
- 1-3 years of experience in the B2B or B2C lead generation industry would be helpful.
- 1-3 years of experience in an Advertising Agency or Publisher is highly desirable.
- Strong Excel, PPT and Word skills, CRM experience is desirable.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Must be very flexible, versatile and possess strong project management skills.
- Self-starter; able to work and stay motivated working remotely.
- Can be based anywhere in the United States but must work normal US business hours within CST, MST or PST time zones.
