Admin Assistant - Site Offer Maintenance
Site and Offer administrative responsibilities:
- Handling new brand/merchant proposals and requests from local businesses to be added to our site
- Logging into marketing affiliate portals to update their offer links on our site
- Proactively reviewing the site to ensure offer links are working (site QA)
- Responsible for ensuring the pages are merchandised and attractive having both the user and enterprise in mind- checking that images are relevant and sized correctly
- Working with frontline customer service- especially investigating and resolving customer reports about offers not working
- Collaborating with the marketing team to build marketing campaigns for our partners
- Work with design and engineering teams to optimize the site experience
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Evidence of ownership and leadership: proactivity in resolving problems and improving products
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Thriving on working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
