Digital Marketing Specialist 🔥

The gig: Digital Marketing Specialist (full-time)

We’ll be expecting you: 40 hrs/week, schedule flexible but regular – most hours will need to be during normal business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.

The scoop: At Outsource Marketing, our core value is to have fun. Seriously. The perfect fit for our team is a digital marketing badass, creative, has a wicked sense of humor, can take a joke (oh, there will be jokes), thinks “Chicken Attack” is brilliant, and is especially passionate about digital marketing.

Although this is listed as a remote position, if you live in the area you will be able to come to the office on a flex schedule starting when we enter Stage 4.

No bots will be reviewing your resume: We know you know that a lot of companies are using AI to review your resume. We will not bow to Skynet. We will not be assimilated. Your resume, cover letter, and assessments will be reviewed by someone that in no way, shape, or form, looks like Arnold Schwartzenegger.

Here’s where you come in: You’ll manage and grow the company’s digital marketing strategy and execution, and work directly with our Marketing Integrators, Marketing Coordinators, and clients on a variety of projects including:
