My client is an AI powered healthcare SaaS company selling operational performance software to hospitals and health systems. They are a 50 employee start up seeking their second remote based or Metro West of Boston based BDR to join the team.

My client is already serving some of the largest Hospitals and health systems in the US including Boston Medical with their AI powered cloud based operational efficiency SaaS.

Description

My client is seeking a Business Development Rep (BDR) to work in collaboration with the marketing team to deliver opportunities to the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads at target hospitals and health systems.

You Will:

  • Qualify leads via email and phone
  • Conduct online research to identify key prospective clients
  • Work closely with prospects to determine challenges, solutions and next steps
  • Map and chase outbound leads within targeted accounts by mapping the market, contacting executives
  • Be a partner with Hospitals and Health systems to fulfill needs and solve key operational issues
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, accurate forecasting
  • Keep the CRM system up to date

Profile

You Have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior lead development, hunting, prospecting and cold calling experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively
  • Must be able to cold call and convert prospects to clients
  • Strong organizational ability, top notch time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
  • Ability and aptitude to learn technical concepts around healthcare
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus

Job Offer

Offer:

  • $45-60k on base + $100-120k OTE
  • Office in Newton MA - looking for a hybrid worker if in Boston
  • Can be remote
