Sales Executive


cove.tool is redefining the way buildings are designer in the 21st century by integrating performance data in the design process. Buildings contribute to over 40% of the total carbon emissions, and yet over than 50% of them are designed without ever considering energy, daylight, glare and other performance metrics. Essential Responsibilities of Role:

· Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

· Monitor inbound and outbound channels effectively in order to achieve quotas

· Build a strong pipeline through high outbound call volume while nurturing existing deals in the sales cycle

· Work closely with account executives, marketing, and customer success to further engage hot leads, retain users, and expand sales

· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including renewals, expansion sales, reengaging churned users

· Meet individual and team KPI’s and sales targets

· Track and record daily activities for leads and deals within CRM

Must Haves:

· 1 year sales experience

· Tech savvy self starter; will need the drive to proactively learn new skills/tools

· Able to multitask and balance individual and team priorities

· Familiarity with SaaS sales

Nice to haves:

· Experience managing high end or long term sales cycles

· Bachelor’s degree in business (finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, economics, or strategic management)

· Remote work experience

· Familiarity with CRM tools—specifically with Hubspot—a plus

· Domain knowledge in AEC

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
