Role Summary:

Along with the Platinum Cubed project team(s), our Lead Functional Consultant leads multiple engagements for customers by providing daily solutions on the Salesforce platform. You get to manage the complete project lifecycle from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to: planning and strategy, analyzing and defining requirements, developing solution designs, configuring the solution and delivering project go live training. This role will support and advise junior resources in order to deliver and meet customer objectives.



Task Summary:

  • Function as the primary point of contact on engagements and manage customer relationships
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
  • Manage engagement budget, scope, schedule and resources
  • Lead and unify cross-functional teams assigned to your engagements
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks/issues
  • Produce reports & documentation not limited to project timelines, resource utilization, budgeting and project status, as well as presentations and necessary meeting materials
  • Keep customers and Platinum Cubed project teams(s) up-to-date on project status with regard to risks/issues, project financials and any key accomplishments
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
  • Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results
  • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance
  • Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and explain the reasons for your choice
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others
  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships
  • Understand the business domain, data model, and designs for the industries served by Platinum Cubed



Minimal Requirements:

Minimum skill sets required for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing multiple Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Consulting and Project Management experience using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Salesforce Certifications:

Administrator

Sales or Service Cloud

Community (Experience) Cloud

  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Strong Communication skills via; written, verbal and presentation methods
  • Currently 0-5% travel required
  • This is a remote position based in the US; Visa sponsorship is not eligible



Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience implementing multiple Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud and Community (Experience) Cloud
  • Salesforce Certifications:
