Project Manager: Networking2save – Remote 🔥
The Project Manager for Networking2Save (N2S) is responsible for planning and executing all activities related to the N2S award. This federal award particularly outlines several areas of required activity, namely:
- Coordinating a network focused on LGBTQ+ tobacco & cancer control
- Providing technical assistance and training to stakeholders in such a network, especially CDC grantees on this topic (typically state departments of health).
- Elevating clinical progress on LGBTQ+ tobacco and cancer equity as well as existing state goals on this subject.
- Advising on media related to this issue.
- Managing a project evaluation.
- Delegating project deliverables, ensuring that staff time and capacity are matched to the project.
All Network staff have some time devoted to N2S; the Project Manager is responsible for matching staff effort with award outcomes to ensure successful project performance. A predominant activity on this project is technical assistance and training, as such this position will devote a considerable amount of time to this activity. This position reports to the Projects Director.
