We’re growing and we are looking to add an Account Manager to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Sales team. In this role, you will connect with and uncover the needs of existing clients and align those needs with the variety of enterprise products and services Jungle Scout has to offer.



Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone.

In the Account Manager role, you will:
  • Own a specific book of business within an assigned vertical.
  • Be responsible for quota closing renewal and expansion business among existing enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, & Product team members to deliver the best experience to your clients.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of existing client opportunities.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with clients to identify additional Jungle Scout enterprise solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while achieving monthly and quarterly KPI’s.

Who you are:
  • 3+ years of relevant sales or account management experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals, preferably at a brand or ecommerce agency.
  • 1+ years of working in an eCommerce related role, preferably aligned to Amazon.
  • Written and oral Communication skills demonstrated at the C-Suite level with large enterprises.
  • Demonstrate ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Ability to create professional level marketing and business development presentations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to support multiple key players throughout the new business process on extremely tight deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to rapidly respond to requests
  • Positive attitude under pressure
  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong level of autonomy, combined with a curious, proactive mindset
