Remote Marketing Coordinator


Job Title



: Remote Marketing Coordinator



FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt



Reports to: Executive Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer



We are a B2B technology company, selling digital information platforms to major organizations including many of the Fortune 1000. We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator who can support us for approximately 20 hours/week.



Responsibilities Include



:
  • Writing and distributing press releases
  • Reporting on press β€œpickups”
  • Managing our social media presence, primarily Linked In
  • Writing articles for monthly newsletters
  • Writing email campaigns
  • Occasional promotional product selection
  • Preparing for trade shows and conferences, in person and virtual
  • Other general marketing/sales support

Required



Experience:
  • Business to business technology marketing (1-3 yrs)
  • Press releases and social media experience
  • LinkedIn updates and ad campaigns

Required Skills



:
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Microsoft Word proficiency
  • Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
  • Graphic design acumen a plus
