Experienced Grant Proposal Writer
Pear Associates, a growing consulting firm that helps nonprofit organizations and government entities become fruitful, is seeking an exceptional grant writer to join our team by supporting our growing portfolio of nonprofit and government agency clients. We are looking for candidates with proven government and foundation proposal writing skills who are excited to work with clients within the health/public health, human services, and education sectors.
Depending on the needs of clients, responsibilities may include conducting prospect research, proposal writing and editing, and grant report writing. Many clients require strategic advisement as they consider how to position their organization and programs to funders; therefore, candidates should feel comfortable in a client-facing role facilitating grant planning meetings and coaching clients through this process. As our client roster continues to expand and clients come to us for varying levels of grant writing support, candidates should feel comfortable working with multiple clients at once on a range of topics and possess the ability to pivot to adjust to workflow demands and the clients' needs.
As an agile consulting firm, we have office space available in Wellesley if desired but anticipate candidates will work from home. This opportunity is a full-time position. Salary will vary depending upon experience, ranging from $85,000 - $100,000. We will consider part-time candidates at a prorated salary.
Please send your resume and a cover letter that speaks to your desire to join the Pear Associates team. Candidates from New England preferred.
