Marketing Specialist – Part Time 🔥
Who You Are
We’re looking for a sharp, highly motivated & detail-oriented individual to join our Ops team. You’ll work closely with our Operations, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure successful and seamless execution of our nationwide acquisition and retention campaigns. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) contract role, but you will have a critical role in uplifting order volume and the opportunity to work with a talented team!
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute key processes in launching national campaigns
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Build and manage audience segmentation reports using our internal analytics tools
- Host quality assurance review sessions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deployments
- You have an eye for visual creativity
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves to get in the weeds
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are a logical thinker, who naturally looks to improve processes
- You are self-motivated and a great team player
- You are tech-savvy, who is able to multi-task
- You pick up things fast and run with them

- At least 6 months experience in Operations, Marketing, CRM or similar functions
- An ability to manage your time effectively whilst working with multiple tools
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Strong critical thinking ability
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Suite, and/or Excel
