Job Description
- Recruit, hire, and train new customer service agents
- Oversee a team of customer service and ensure they are providing an exceptional customer experience
- Document customer service discussions and actions, create and manage SOP’s
- Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Set and maintain all customer service procedures and policies
- Evaluate agent and representative performance
- Distribute agent and representative work
- Implement customer service strategies to improve the quality of service
- Create weekly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
- Maintain a professional workspace and workflow
Requirements
- 5+ years prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Extensive e-commerce background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Experience with ticketing systems and freelancer marketplaces
